Conspiracy Website
Working at home has its downsides too. I may have more time on my hands, but ideas just keep hitting my head for new websites to be made, old websites that need to be redone while real clients have their own demands as well… it’s invigorating and frustrating at the same time. Invigorating to know I hold my own time, frustrating coz I only have 2 hands, multi-tasking as fast as they can. I’ve only recently updated the conspi website, changed the landing page to include a featured video — I don’t have any new content at hand (news, whatnot), and I couldnt find any more articles on the web about conspi, but I’ve stumbled across all these videos at conspi in YouTube — wow ang dami. So am now working as fast as I could at the moment to put all these in and update as much as I can.
For this month, I’ve decided to feature Cynthia Alexander, since she has a video interview explaining what conspi is, with snippets of gigs from Noel Cabangon and Gary Granada in the background.. I thought it a fitting introduction to the new feature since it also serves to tell new people what conspi is, when they visit our website.
For blogs, well, as Ive said, Im not a big blogger, but at this point, I may have to get used to doing that since this is one of many redy-made features we could maximize to unite everyone in conspi — or at least encourage them to communicate some more. Emails disappear behind (or under) vast amounts of spams and old emails (am guilty of that) — and let’s face it, most of the time, people dont get to read some of the stuff we put out. At least with blogs, it could be months or years before anyone discovers this, but at least it will still be here, and easily accessible and searchable in any search engine.
Anyways, am off to conspi to watch Rica Arambulo for the first time live — am rather inspired by her video of “Ikaw at Ako pa rin” –which brought me to tears at 7am in the morning, hehe — and which I give large credit to for pushing me to add the new video features in the website. I think videos are a perfect way to showcase our artists here, dont you? ![]()

I’m truly honored that you put my YouTube videos up on the Conspi website. Those videos of my Conspi “Co-Inspirers” represent a collective labor of love to help publicize a special place that’s very close to my heart.
Whenever I visit QC from Guam, I always ask taxi drivers if they know about Conspi, sometimes with pleasantly surprising results. Last week when I was there a taxi driver told me about a white guy from LA he was taking to NAIA. Somebody had taken him to Conspiracy for the first time, and Joey Ayala was performing that night. The guy had never heard of Joey before, but was totally overwhelmed by his performance, in spite of the fact that he was clueless about Pinoy culture and the Tagalog language. The cab driver said he raved about his experience all the way to Parañaque. Why am I not surprised?
Big up to Tita D for telling me about this website. It allows me to be an unpaid member of the Conspi Marketing Team here in Guam.
hi, i’m an ofw. i jts wanna know what time is conspiracy garden cafe usually open to public. do we have beer & pulutan in there?
are there entrance fee pa?
can you please post infos i need on the “everything about conspiracy” for everyone to see?
are joey ayala, noel cabangon, gary granada, etc. CD’s available there?
thanks and keep opm alive.
Hi Carl, I think conspi opens as early as 6pm, you can call ahead and have them expect you, if you’re bringing a party with you. Of course, what would a music place be without beer and pulutan? We have an extensive menu of the usual pinoy pulutan and dishes, and there’s also pasta and sushi among others. Try the “bilao” which is a combination of pulutans — our best seller to date.
Yes may entrance fee for the main music hall, but if you’re going to hangout in the garden area, no charge na yun. Only those who sit inside get charged.
Music CD’s are also available for the artists you’ve mentioned, and then some.
Thanks again!
